Hi Everyone!!
I've really missed blogging the last couple weeks. We have all been sick but Avi and I have gotten the worst of it. I didn't want to write because it would have just been complaining about feeling bad and lack of sleep. We are on antibiotics and prednisone so getting better slowly but surely.
My sister-in-law Anna and her fiance came into town this weekend for a quick visit. We also got a visit from their Aunt Leslie, Uncle Gregg and Cousin Jennie. It was so great to see everyone. Unfortunately, I didn't get pictures of that visit. Sometimes, it's ok to just enjoy the company and not try to capture it all on camera.
Today, we, along with Anna, went to Johnson's Pumpkin Patch in Saginaw (Uncle Josh was hunting). It was all of our first time there. It was really nice! It wasn't a go cut your own pumpkin off the vine kind of patch but that's ok. Everything was spread out nicely so you never felt overwhelmed with too many people. It was cold, though! It warmed up a little later in the morning. It felt like an authentic fall activity with the colder weather and the gear that accompanies it! I've only gone to pumpkin patches in short sleeves!

Anna was smart and had soup. |
Avi spent the first half in the stroller. We tried to let her walk with her big winter jacket but she just kept falling. Once it warmed up and she wore the liner, she loved exploring. I guess I should mention, she's been a full blown walker in the last couple weeks but now we have to get used to layers!

It was nice having a family photographer! |
We came home and took some rest/naps then Adam raked some leaf piles so we played outside some more.

Avi had a good time too. |
I hope we can keep the colds away for a while! That's all for now. Bri's last swim class is tomorrow so I'll probably do a little post about that. Thanks for reading!
